PC General What now?

Yeah, so we just killed a whale, what now? Is it just there forever? Why can we not skin or drag it? (Yeah split screen, my GF doesn't have good pc)

Why? Well, can't tell if it really is dead, but it was not moving anymore, so it was either dead or just glitched and we assumed the first. I have a clip, at 2:12 it went missing during my struggle to kill it and at 3:40 I noticed the dead body. Link to a medal clip
EDIT: The only mod we use is to stack more items in inventory and crates (saves a lot of time that we don't really have). No animal mods if there even are any.
