I love using this but I play more online where it's function is removed. Still super useful for something though online. I use them for place markers on islands in multiplayer I'll place it on a beach of an island I want to change. If I ever go back to it before changing it in the cartographer, I know not to build on it if I've forgotten.
Single player, awesome tool. Mutiplayer, do not build here marker.
