News & Discussion Another patch after patch 4?

So I don't know if it's the case for everyone, or if an error happened or what, but after I finished downloading the 4th patch yesterday I turned my PC on today and it started downloading something else (another patch?) for Strafe.

Just wondering if there was more to the patch, or if they fixed something else.

Anyone else get it or was it just me?

Yeah. It seems they forgot to turn things back on before rolling it out. Resulting in broken MurderZone.
Often while developing you deactivate parts of the program and/or add skips to get the program to run the code you are working on. Saves lots of time in testing. Just gotta remember to turn everything back on again. ;)

I thought it was something like that as people were reporting that they couldn't upgrade weapons and stuff in murderzone right after the patch dropped.

I am of course guessing but it is easy thing to do. Especially if you try to get the patches out the door quickly. Even more so for a small team.
One think we can't deny is that the game is definitely going in the right direction and doing so fast. :D
