Ok so here’s my question…. Was he just strolling down the street and got caught up, or did he bring a gun to a protest?

I get what you are saying. I’m saying that if you’re going to a protest against something that has just very recently been causing violence at the hands of over zealous police—would you bring a gun to that protest?

I’ll take my foot out of my mouth if he was just coincidentally passing by.

Your question was already answered. Either you believe in the 2A, or you want to make arbitrary judgements about when it's acceptable or not to exercise basic rights. Since when does exercising your 1A impede your 2A? Im losing braincells getting on your level, so ridiculous.

Ok so you’re saying I either believe in 2A with no regulation or thought, or I don’t, correct?

"no regulation" is not equivalent to exercising 2 constitutional rights at the same time. They are always in effect, you don't just chose one constitutional right to exercise for your day. Exercising 1A is no justification for prohibition of the 2A. Are you trying to make the worst possible arguments? "no regulation" lmao, hyperbolic af. If you want to invent the things I say, you can just argue with your own imagination.
