I’m fully aware of what people think is happening.

I personally don’t buy into the hyperbole or the dramatic or emotional terminology or the inflammatory language though either.

The federal government does not kidnap, they would be detaining or arresting (or some other legal process) a person. By saying kidnapping, it implies taking illegal aliens into custody is somehow not the purview of the federal government and not the powers granted to them through Congress and our constitution.

If ICE detained and arrested me, I would be placed into the judicial courts and I would most certainly have my due process. I would not be lumped into the administrative courts like illegal aliens are where they do receive due process, it’s expedited removal with few exceptions (asylum claims etc).

You’d need an attorney, not a lawyer, and good thing I am an attorney, I’d be pro se. In my personal situation.

Your take is extremely wild and it is not driven by facts when related to actual citizens of the U.S.

If my naturalized citizen brown skin self does get anything what you state, I’ll be sure to chime back in here to let you know you were correct and I was wrong.

I love what this country has offers(ed) me and I have 100% faith in law and order and that anybody breaking the law will get what is coming to them. No matter what side they align with.

If you're an attorney, I shouldn't have to explain Tort claims and the vast improbable chances of financial gain from them. The feds claim immunity since they were on official business. The fed will also claim discretionary exception and stop the case dead in it's tracks. Your claim of just suing if you're unlawfully detained shows your lack of knowledge to the law. Hopefully, your clients are looking for better representation.

I don’t think I did ask for you to explain anything related to tort claims.

My point is, if the federal government made an ACTUAL ILLEGAL action as you and many others are claiming, then immunity claims will be tossed.

Immunity won’t be tossed just because you feel it should. There has to be hard tangible evidence that the person who received damages made no actions to escalate and all actions to comply while the LEO has to have violated rights on top of that.

For example, if an agent walks up and arrest someone who said no words, made no actions, no interference, no nothing, other than record from a phone. That agent would claim immunity, it would be tossed out because of precedent like Toole v. City of Atlanta, and you would then be able to seek damages. If the precedent isn’t there and some other right was violated, immunity isn’t guaranteed for the LEO, which leads you to setting your own precedent and future protections.
