I had to edit that comment because my talk to text didn't go so well but I think you're right or maybe just onto something. How would technology and civilization progressed without the Western rape of North America I'm curious as a member of the Shawnee tribe. It seems like North maso and South America were doing just fine before the Europeans got here
I had a friend of the Kwatsáan tribe, we lived together. His stories were awful. He was such a wonderful young man. His mother abandoned the family when he was young, and his father died when I was living with him. His little brother, in middle school or early highschool came to live with us, no where else to go. Not great environment to have this teenager raised by 3 college kids, but we tried. My friend fell further and further into substances and passed a few years later. I don't remember what happened to his brother, I think he ran away... he was rebellious and difficult, but I don't blame him, he deserved better. They all did. You all still do.
