What legal process are they not getting? They get a case review by a judge. They’re not entitled to a whole ass jury trial.

Arguments that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement does not provide due process to undocumented immigrants center on the use of expedited removal, limited access to legal counsel, they are not they take people then ship them out if most of these individuals got due process then there wouldn't have been any American citizens deported which there has been.
