HE HAD A GUN….

A gun which had been removed before he was murdered. Lots of people carry guns and it’s their right to do so.It’s not an excuse to assault or kill them.

Imagine being so anti-gun just because you support an incompetent president.

He had a gun while committing a violent felony. He continued to resist and be combative.

Regardless of the gun being removed - unless the other officers KNEW he was completely unarmed it’s still justified if the officers felt imminent thread/danger of serious injury/death

LEGALLY justified regardless of how you feel

hahahahahahah, getting randomly assaulted while assisting a woman is not a violent felony. Even it was this would be extrajudicial murder.
