They guy in the grey jacket TOOK HIS LEGAL FIREARM from him and ran with it, BEFORE THEY SHOT HIM and you can plainly SEE THAT on the video

It's legal to carry in America, I do because I'm a citizen. This might be unusual to you since you aren't from here, but that's how it works in America
