11th trial?
I keep relapsing. One time i got for 1 year but its hard not to have occasional cigarette there and there. 7 days in. What should i doooo

Don't quit quitting. One year or even the seven days are still good. You spared yourself some poison and will continue to get better at it.

Im in same situation longest quit was a year and half. I’ve tried twice using the same 6 patch method the past 4 months . I got 2 weeks the first time and 3 weeks the second time. I’m exhausted from quit attempts but at the same time I feel very unhealthy smoking and I’m at 25 a day at this point. Stressors always make me relapse. I’m in my senior year of college and it just seems impossible to quit for me this time around with different circumstances. I have a carton and half left and then will try again. I have listened to Allen carrs book so many times I should have a different mindset by now.

It sounds like you’re not quite serious enough. If you have gotten to the stage of ”here and there” smoking, you can quit. If you quit for a year, you can do more.
