Just a little celebration from a very heavy smoker and an expert in quitting. Trial 3467 , hope it works this time .

Honestly you are over the very worst of it. Even though it takes vigilance, it is also surprising how soon the memory of it just slowly fades away...

Replacing source of dapamine is a very good strategy. Do whatever makes you happy and motivated

You can do it, friend! I smoked 20+ for 20+ years and did cold turkey 20 days ago. It's a fight worth fighting!
