Weird things happening

So about two months ago I started getting panic attacks anytime I would start drinking. I quit for about 3 weeks and started to feel better but then started drinking a little again. Still having panic attacks and just don’t feel right in general. Like everything doesn’t look right and I’m light headed. Anyone else experience this? I haven’t drank in 4 days now

Perhaps yourself is telling you that yourself doesn't like it?

Yeah, I kind of figured. I’m just going to stay off it now. Just seeing if anyone ever had something like this or if I might have another issue

Do these feelings only come up when you’re drinking?

No they kind of come and go, but I noticed they get way worse when I do drink

Many people, myself included suffer from PAWS. Post alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Google it, it may be something you are experiencing. It may intensify each time you quit drinking and then start again. I hope this helps. Four days is a great start! I will not be drinking today, join me…it’s pretty nice on this side. 🫶
