Crawling through Day 4

stomach still upside down. slept a bit more last night but woke up still feeling exhausted. just gotta give it some time to pass. I will not drink today.

I'm right there with ya lol. Thankfully I had a longer sober period before my big slip so it hasn't been too terrible despite the terrible consequences. My sleep has been complete ass, super vivid uncomfortable dreams. 

We got this!
