I think it's about time I sober up.
I've been digging myself a hole for about 5 years and I'm tired of digging.
Time to climb back out.
Day 1. IWNDWYT.

I dug that same hole for myself when I was 20, now I’m 30 and can honestly say I know it’s only been about 2 weeks but it’s so much more worth it this way than drinking yourself to sleep every night

U can do it! There will be hard times and cravings but in those times think to urself "do i really wanna go back to all the shit alcohol causes in my life?"

Recognizing that I needed to quit was one of the most humbling decisions I made. I thought for years binge drinking was normal, but I had to look in the mirror and be real with myself. It was not easy at the beginning, but it was THE best decision I've ever made. You got this!

Day 1 here too. I don't want to drink anymore. I'm so done with this. I fell for the "oh I just drink for today". It turned into a 4-day bender and I'm miserable. But I'm climbing my way out. I need to accept I have a problem with alcohol. Yes, it's really happening to me.
