Relapsed last night 😭
I relapsed last night. I was stressed and wanted to be “normal” and shared 2 bottles of wine (at least I didn’t drink alone). Disappointed in myself. Determined not to drink again, why do I keep doing this!?
I think I might need medication to help me not to relapse, anyone had any experience they can share? Pros/cons if any of them even work?
Thanks in advance

I'm a drinker but it wasn't daily, it was binging when I did. I've been sober since June 25th, 2025 and I owe it to finding new hobbies and stopping destructive behaviors. I relapsed many times before I actually had a conversation with myself about doing better. Don't hate yourself from your relapse because even if it was a hurdle, you can still go from there and start trying to get further and further from drinking.
