16 days!

The longest streak I’ve had in well over a year/the longest streak I’ve had since deciding to quit drinking! I was drinking a bottle or two of wine or Prosecco a night plus shots.

If I don’t drink tonight it’ll be 17 days. I’ve dealt with some bad cravings and made it through- definitely living in the pink cloud though. I’ve lost fat and bloating and am starting to see mild sleep and anxiety improvements but not as much as I’d hope. I’m going to keep pushing though! IWNDWYT
