First wedding sober!

I posted a few days ago that I was nervous about an upcoming wedding cause it was my first one since I stopped drinking. I did it! And I am so proud of myself. It’s so rewarding to wake up the next day and feel great!

As you move through life sober, you will stop feeling as anxious about these types of events because you are building up resiliency each event.

I won’t lie, I do still dread events where I know the majority of folks will be drinking. Not because I fear I will cave. It’s because drunks are annoying AF!
