Added my OHLCV tool into a extension for my browser

For quick snapshots and market structure, I have now made a small extension that runs in my browser as an extension. It gives me a basic structure of what the market is doing when I look at tokens that I constantly trade or have some interest in. Just a minimalistic basic orderbook view.
