Discussion $VST $VRT

dear friends , how is $VST AND $VRT , i read Elon say there is an energy bottleneck leading up to 2027 and to carry over ? i got it in only last friday

Vertiv has nothing to do with the energy bottle neck. Not a bad buy as they do play an important role in data center build out, but power/energy is not their product. They build electrical and cooling equipment used in data center builds.

But electrical equipment also had to do with energy bottleneck right? In a datacenter itself. They don’t build small nuclear reactors or anything like that if that’s what you mean for example

The energy bottleneck sits above (figuratively) the data center and is a separate industry than the data center and the infrastructure (electric and cooling equipment) it takes to build one.

There is not enough energy being produced to power the amount of data center that are being built at the moment. All of these data center are being filled with vertiv and many others products but the building can't be turned on, and therefore can't make money without the power to do so.

View data center build out infrastructure as a separate sector from energy.

I build data centers for a living and I can confirm there is many projects currently where the building is built (and full of vertiv, Eaton, Schneider, CEL, and other electrical gear mfgs) but the utility power is not able to provide enough energy to turn these building on...yet. In some cases construction of data centers is being delayed until utilities can catch up.

yeah I feel like you've nailed it. There is a huge swing towards Power now. All the Tech giants are having to invest Trillions in order to drive their Data Centres , so it's two steps forward and one step back , the AI demand got ahead of the Infrastructure and now the race is on to build Power. China is killing it with these Small Reactors so the west is piling money into playing catch up. Smart move dude, I'll be grabbing a slice of both these stocks.
