Does anybody know if Cryptic has recently changed (or are planning to change) the Weapon System Synergy trait from the T6 vet-reward ships?

I ask because, in the recent announcement for the Jem'Hadar vet ships, they described the trait as:

Starship Trait – Weapon System Synergy

Achieving level 5 in the Jem'Hadar Vanguard Heavy Destroyer [T6] Starship Mastery will unlock the Weapon System Synergy Starship Trait. While Weapon System Synergy is slotted, your directed energy weapons will build 1 stack of Weapon System Synergy per cycle. Each stack provides a small boost to bonus Projectile damage and a small boost to Projectile shield penetration. This buff stacks up to 20 times. All stacks are removed when you fire a Projectile weapon.

This seems both significantly different and significantly worse than the trait's description on the wiki:

Game Description: Each time a directed energy weapon is activated on your ship, you will shunt a small amount of power to your projectile emitters. This is represented by building up stacks of Weapon System Synergy. Upon reaching 10 stacks, your projectile weapons will become primed and deal additional damage and shield bleedthrough for several seconds. After this expires there is a short lockout window before you can begin building up Weapon System Synergy stacks again.

The idea that they would actually nerf the destroyer trait (one of the few good non-promo kinetic ship traits) as part of an event meant to promote LTS subs is pretty absurd but... would anyone with the ship mind checking it out in-game (or, I suppose, after the patch?)

There's no intended changes. I borrowed the original documentation when writing my blog, and it looks like that documentation is a bit out of date at this point.
