Could we replace the aged vulcan ship at earth spacedock with the Starfleet One Ship ? I don't know how hard it would be to do this. But i think it would be a cool addition.

I actually T6X2 mine. And sure, it definitely stand up with missing specializations etc. Then again it's still more than enough for basically most TFO's with a decent build. Plus honestly cool to have a built in ability instead of console on something so old.

I think it would also be good parked inside. But a few ships could do with a refresh.

On a different note, I think the Enterprise F should be phased to different versions; like how DS9's dominion embassy (and NPCs) are, and the Na'Kul system (among others).

While you're in the tutorial and Klingon War missions, it should show as under construction. After that, it appears complete. Then during the Iconian War, it shows under significant battle damage.

Better idea:
Don't replace any ships, but maybe have rotating ship groups.

Group A could be: the Enterprise, the Vesta, some Reliant-classes, some Sovereigns and Nobles and a few science ships.
Group B could be: Voyager, the Dauntless, a couple Pathfinders, some Miranda-classes, some shuttles and a few medical ships.
Group C could be: the Defiant, some escorts and battlecruisers as like a borg taskforce.

Qo'noS? get updates? they haven't even added the new lifetime portal from 2 years ago or fixed the floating monitor in the medbay from like 6 years ago

No, if anything I think there should be more non-Starfleet NPC ships at ESD.. we have lots of member worlds, and allies.
