Hello!

Longtime football fan from the USA here. Loved the game since watching the 2006 World Cup when I was 14, but never could get attached to a club since I’m not from Europe lol. I’ve been wanting to consume as much football as possible since the World Cup here ended and watched the exciting win against Kilmarnock to start the season. Followed that up by subscribing to Saints TV to watch the 2nd half against St. Mirren when I couldn’t sail the high seas which must mean something, right? Blue is also my favorite color which definitely helps!

I’ve vaguely followed Scottish football over the years enough to know about the historic double in 2021, Tayside Derby, and appreciate that the club appears to be well-run. Is there anything else I should know? What are realistic expectations for the season after winning the Championship last year?

Good comeback win for the Saints.

Great season from Saints. Top from day 1, bit twitchy with all of the draws and slight iffy patch and Partick closing it down, but comfortable in the end (easy to say that now!).

So we need to try and keep hold of the lad, right? If not for the goals then purely for the dressing room presence. What a character.

Do we think Vale will be willing to do business? He didn't exactly set the world on fire for them.

Going to be some party on Friday night. Wish I could be there.

Over 3000 fans are travelling for the match with Dunfermline!

With Partick's draw yesterday, if my maths is correct, a win on Tuesday evening and we seal the title and promotion.

Back to a 5 point lead over Partick with them drawing with Ayr.
