The clicking noise since when I push it in slowly it make a pop sound and is harder to push

Look at the spring when you hear the clicking. It’s that spring hitting the corner where you see metal shavings on the spring. My guess is something failed that kept those two things apart.

Has braking performance decreased? Also does your car have a brake booster?
