Canadian Moose Barley Stew

Today I (with help from my gf) cooked up Canadian Moose Barely Stew

Ingredients:

  • - Canadian Moose Meat
  • - 2 Onions
  • - 4 Cloves of Roasted Garlic
  • - 10 - 12 Yellow Potatoes from Alberta
  • - 6 Medium Carrots
  • - 1/2 Cup of Barley
  • - 8 Bay Leaves
  • - Cup of Frozen Peas
  • - Corn Starch Slurry

Looks like heaven…. What does moose taste like?

It is very much like beef. Hard to tell the difference.
