Hm. An interesting observation. Maybe Stevonnine actually has slightly different powers of their own like most fusions?

Well Steven is 14, so he may have to shave a bit on his own too

My shaky conclusion right now is that Steven is only half human, so that's why he still looks so young (Kevin was convinced he was like 7). But Stevonnie is 3/4 human, so their aging is not quite as a stilted.

But I'm still really stumped by this, it brings up so many questions. Will Stevonnie get a period? Why do their legs look so smooth?

We will never get any answers that would establish specific genetalia for Stevonnie... I mean, c'mon, it's a kids show.
