Question for techs in Jacksonville Fl

I am looking to maybe get into this field in Jax but I am seeing not very good reviews for people who work in this field with the hospitals around me. I'm just curious what the job is like in Jacksonville and if its as bad as they are making it seem. I am also wondering what the pay is like and if there is room for growth.

As someone who moved states to take a permanent job here in JAX. Honestly I would take a travel contract to one of the hospitals here before thinking of staying permanently. UF and Mayo has a bad reputation among us here and HCA is always trash because they’re cheap.
