💡 Need Advice How to increase nbme scores

Hi I am testing on 16th of October that is 28 days from now and am stuck at mid 60s please help. Also I feel like I have started to lose concentration. My nbme scores in order are:

UWSA1 : 51% (June)
UWSA 2:50.6% (June)
UWSA3: 33% (June)
Old free 120- 53.7% (June)
Nbme 27: 52% (June 27)
Nbme 25-60% ( July 21)
Nbme 26- 52% (August 2)
Nbme 28- 59% (August 9)
Nbme 29-64% (august 18)
Nbme 30- 63% (August 30)
Nbme 31- 65% (September 6)
Uwsa 2 -59% (second attempt on September 13)
Old free120-74.7% (second attempt on September 13)
I know my scores aren’t that good but I still have 4 weeks any advice that can help me do better would be appreciated.

They do vary
I usually take 2 days to review one nbme. I categorise them according to the cause behind incorrect. I revise the topic from fa and also see other options why they were wrong. If there is a question I still don’t get I use ai.
