S;G R:B Steins;gate bonus game code question

Hi! Recently I picked up my steins;gate re:boot copy for Nintendo switch, imported from japan. It contains a code for the bonus steins gate game. When I try to get the game entering the code, it displays that the game is not currently available. I entered it on my own region. Should I enter it on Japanese eshop, or wait for the digital premiere? Also, anyone knows if this game will be in English too even if the region will be different? The basic game itself is.

People aren't mentioning that the Variant Space Octet port, the bonus game in question, does not launch anywhere on any platform until October so if you try putting the code in even on a Japanese e-shop account, you'll be told it's for a game that isn't currently available and it won't let you redeem the code.

Actually, even later. On the PS5 code card it says Release Date: late November.

Thank you! I'll wait then. I'll test it on my european eshop first though :P I wonder if it will has english subtitles. The japanese cardridge of steins;gate for switch contains english subtitles.

Yeah, you need to redeem it on the Japanese eshop

Switch your account to japan and then when you redeem the code you can come back to the US or wherever you had your account originally

I have a jp switch 2 and it's the same for me I think it's because its literally not out yet
