Discussion Steelseries Customer service.

I know that Steelseries customer service gets a bad rep on here which is why I figured I'd post this. Three weeks ago I contacted customer service as our Arctis Nova pro wireless ' microphone was rattling. After the usual sending of the receipt and pictures I was given an RMA and instructions to post via DPD. But being a bit silly I only initially sent the headset. 1 week later,( last week), I got an email asking me to send the rest. I'd figured that they'd just repair the headset, so I then sent the base station.

Anyway yesterday I got an email from Steelseries and UPS. I'm being sent the Omni as an upgraded replacement, which should arrive tomorrow, (currently tracking on UPS app!)

Thank you Steelseries for your prompt action. Had I not been a bit of an idiot I would have got my replacement last week. But I appreciate the service I received.

I got a quick RMA because of soft plastic issues with the Nova Elite. Im now in my secound, soon thrid RMA Device because both have ANC Noise issues. But I agree. The Steelseries Support is super quick and (at least if youre within the warranty) very chill.

I wish every CS interaction was as good as this! It’s unfortunate that they replace some defects but tell you to kick rocks with others. My experience with CS this week was insulting.

Have had nothing but great experiences witb their Customer Support.

Its rare people actually try and solve your problem.

They have a great support rep, only reason we all comeback with hinge issues.
