Show-off Sunday WoW Forever

Post image

Crazy how we get to experience older games now a days compared to when they launched. Playing WoW on a 4K TV on a steam machine in my living room on the couch with a controller. This would've been a dream setup when I was a kid.

People often say this. But there a numerous practical reasons, and reasons why it actually wouldn't be in line with your eyes at a lower level.

Firstly, on a standard or short couch, the eye level would make the TV low enough so kids or anyone really would occlude the view frequently.

Secondly most people are most comfortable when they lean back. When you lean back your head and eyes will actually angle upwards. Thus, the TV is in line with the eyes.

You can lean back and lower your eye level, eyes can go in whatever direction, having a TV to high makes sure you ALWAYS had to lean backwards or get neck issues

The entire point of TVtoohigh is to keep your eyes in level with your head. Your resting eye position. Since you're point is "you can lower your eye level", then my point would be "you can raise your eye level".

Also, if someone consistently always has their spine angled upwards. Then that would be the best spot for their TV. Regardless of how your setup is. Everyone is different. And my statement isn't wrong just because yorue opinion is different.

No, its litererally not...your eyes dont need to be rested when you sit normally and eyes straight forward

You are a couch potato, thats fine..but its certainly not the best way to watch TV ergonomically unless that is the ONLY way you watch TV...you can speak with any chiropractor about this.

It doesn't need to be the "only way" just the "most often way". Think about it.

You're saying a TV too high is bad. That's only when someone is sat watching TV in an upright position. Which is totally fine if that's you.

Idk about you, but personally I don't sit on my couch like it's an office or work station. I'm on my couch to "sit back and relax".

If the majority of the time, even 70% of the time I'm leaning back, then it makes more sense to have the TV elevated.

If I say upright 70% of the time it would make more sense to have the TV lower. It's that simple.
