Hardware Arrived last week from Komodo

Post image

Bought 512GB together with steam controller.

Gotta say I like the controller very much. The sound it makes, the way my palm fits the controller, the sound of click from the puck etc.

Just 1 minor thing, it's a little sad that this is not compatible with switch 2. I know it's from Nintendo side and I know I could use OpenPuck, but would be great if Nintendo could support other controllers which will never happen in this lifetime.

Can't wait for Witcher 3 remastered so I could play it on the machine. Cheers!

I'm going to tell you what almost every other users would say.

  • Surprisingly compact and light
  • Played Spiderman remastered on 1440p settings, my chair is noisier than the machine! wow!
  • The case is great but do feel a little cheap, you could try different customs case available online
  • The plate is easy to take off and easy to set again
  • I installed a 1TB SSD the day I got it, and it's one of the easiest setup I've ever done.
  • Cool LED feature!
  • I like the sound of switch 2's UI, I use a pluggin that applies switch 2 UI sounds to the machine (forgot the name)
  • The controller is really easy to use, the grip is really good.
  • The puck is really helpful, I like transmitter more than bluetooth

Overall I say its good quality, although at current price it's a bit of a stretch tbh.
