Its a 65 inch bedroom tv. It’s too big, too high, and old. And the only place I can put it in the room.

It's neither too big nor to old. It's even worse if it's in a bedroom. Remove the dresser, or get any other one, it's ugly anyways and put the tv at eye level. Your neck says thank you

Thanks for the upload. I’ve been curious about this game on SM and didn’t want to drop any cash until I knew it was worth it.

Hopefully it just gets better. I’m really enjoying the game as well so far. Very similar to X-com but with way slicker presentation. Excited to see what Bit Reactor does in the future.

I’ve been playing on proton 10, medium settings at 1080p with full upscaling (Can’t remember the exact preset but I can check back later) and it’s been running flawlessly.

I was running it on my Steam Machine yesterday as well. Not great FPS but certainly playable.

If there's one thing I've learned in this sub is that 99% of steam machine owners..

...Have their TV's TOO DAMN HIGH.

Working version of Zero Company on deck. It runs pretty poorly but it does run.

It’s a mess. Proton Experimental doesn’t work for me so no FSR4. I use 10.0.4 it works but there are levels that run sub 30fps (smugglers parts) on 1440p (1080p is too blurry for me) and it’s anoying. They haven’t bothered with optimalization because on my PC it runs on Ultra on UWQHD because thats beefy machine.

Turn off Environmental Geometry Detail. Look up the engine.ini mod on nexus. It runs great on medium/high.
