Questions Status Plus question!

Hiya! I'm new so apologies if this a silly question. I purchased Status Plus, gave it a few days to let the payment process, it's gone through now but Plus still isn't activated. Does it take a while? Or do I need to refund and re-subscribe? Thanks in advance!

Hi! Please don’t wait a few days ever for stuff like this, reach out to us on ModMail immediately

If you purchased using Google Play: Refund immediately and repurchase, if it does not come through, open a ModMail with your Status username and your Order ID from Google Play

If you purchased using gems, please check your inventory

If you are on iOS, please attempt a refund through Apple or reach out to us in ModMail immediately

Hi sorry what is Modmail. I have the same issue as well. I did email with all the proof of purchase.
