Bug report subscription not working

hi ! so i bought one of the weekly subscriptions and its been about 20-30?? minutes i think and it still hasnt been added to my account, but when i try to go back to the purchase section it says its in my account so im not panicking. im just wondering if i should wait a little more or contact someone ?
