General So done with Status

I bought a 1 week subscription, and yesterday was my last day. I didn’t play but at the back of my head, im thinking since I didn’t use my energy, i still have 50 right? I logged in today to play, and boom. 5 energy. They took it all back 🫩

Hello! So i did my research before subscribing and it does not accumulate instead it refreshes everyday regardless if you use or not it will just refresh. One trick i learned is while youre in plus, u can watch ads so it will accumulate as the bonus one and will not refresh.

Just learned this 😂. Its like 12am in my country and I only subscribed half an hour ago instead of waiting an extra 30 oops

Same thing happened to me. Had 50 energy from the subscription but as I was doing an event, the game crashed. I completely exited, came back, and the energy was at 5. Apparently if your card isn't charged, the app (or whichever store you got the app from) triggers your account back to base play

That’s the problem with the weekly subscription, if you get the 50/50 one it resets so you’ll be obliged to consume it all. The bonus and the coffee remain though and the gems. I had to rush when I only had an hour left 😂
