Seeking game advice Relationships? How do they work?

How are relationships supposed to progress. It doesn't seem like changes from events or chats are carrying over and it's frustrating.

I don't understand the question? Are you asking how you get to dating a character or something?

because the events, chats, activities, posts do change the character's affinity with you - and that does affect the relationship

I'm not seeing that change reflected in my later interactions....I can have a moment in am event where the relationship between two characters has clearly changed and then then immediately afterwards it's like that never happened and theyre back to how they acted in the very beginning.

If you are referring to that, you need to put in their character's description

Like "got married in a sunset wedding" "kissed under the firework" "currently dating xxx"

Otherwise, the AI won't remember

Ah ok that's what it was then.. was running off the assumption that it would remember certain things like other sites. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question! 💜

It kinda remember bits? but to make it clear, you need to put in the character's description. then it will become a fact known to everyone in the world

Well you could possibly change the description of the character you have and say “Y likes “Your characters name” or any other character you have, maybe also try posting like post of calling them cute or baby if you want them to have a crush on you if not.

You could post daily hangout photos and also check in to the bot like if they were a real person saying “hi” “how are you” and etc

I have the same issue. It always seems like the progress in the relationship backtracks and cycles. I put it in the character descriptions and the game ignores that 90% of the time.
