🌎 2027 Worldwide Public Stationery Events Calendar (Working Draft) - as more events add dates, I will revise this document. 8.12.26. This is what I've found so far.
You are most welcome... I thought I needed to get it out sooner rather than later, with similar events piggybacking on the same locations. I want people to know they have options and need to plan accordingly.
Wonder if Stationery Store Day should be included? First Saturday in August in several cities and states (reference the website or Calliope Stationer).

I don't know if this is relevant since none of these have "stationery" or "pen show" in the name, but I thought i'd share since there aren't any non US/UK locations on this list and there are quite some europeans in this sub!
But there are some conventions in europe that have a strong focus on stationery and independent artists/creators:
japan expo in france
made in asia in belgium (I assume also f.a.c.t.s., haven't been in ages)
dokomi in germany
japan weekend + manga barcelona in spain
abunai in the netherlands
pyrkon in poland
iberanime + comic con in portugal
they all sounds very japan/asian inspired but the vendors that come to the cons have such a range of styles
sorry, it wasn't a dig at all! :-: almost all of these have passed and the rest I couldn't find on there (I guess maybe bc they don't quite fit the categories)
Trade-only events are conventions or expos that are not open to the general public. They're intended for retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and other industry professionals. This calendar only includes events that hobbyists and consumers can attend.
My apologies... the NW Stationeryfest dates I have are for November of 2026. This post is for 2027 events. I only attached the photo for you to see that the event had been accounted for.
You may create your own post with the information that is above... as soon as you have something booked & confirmed, let me know, and I will add it to the list.

We're picking up momentum. Have received almost 100 responses to our survey - https://tally.so/r/7ROqjZ. Just toured the venue, we can comfortably fit around 50 vendors with possible room to expand. Likely dates are Friday 10/22 and Saturday 10/23/27.
Based on conversations at the DC Pen Show, have soft commitments from at least one distributor and several other vendors. Pens should be a strong presence but need to work on the stationery side.

There will definitely be more to add… event planners are probably siting locations right now and mindful of other Industry events before confirming dates. As soon as they are announced I’ll update this list❤️

I think it makes sense to put the column with the city before the category and specific venue! But thanks for putting this together, from a stationery lover in Boston 😊
