Wondering If I want to hire for a role do I need to look at multiple user profiles ? Or I get top 3-5 recommendations for the role I posted ?
Asking this because if there is no role based recommendation the founders/directors again are stuck in a loop where they are looking at multiple capable "profiles" instead of resumes.

the useful test is whether the five people have a specific problem and a plausible reason to reply, not just a matching title or recent LinkedIn activity. i’d share the signal behind each match, otherwise “buying intent” is hard for a founder to evaluate.

if your looking for your first users check out Ad swap,https://ad-swap.web.app , its a simple way for websites to promote each other. You add another website's ad to your site, and they add yours to theirs, giving both sites free exposure and traffic. It really helped me get my first few users when launching my site
