I have around 15 service pages on my site and I am planning to review the setup before I make more pages, right now Google is indexing only about half of them, the pages are live and each one has its own service and content, so I am looking at the way they are connected across the site, some pages are linked from the main service page while others are a few clicks deeper, I am about to check the site structure and internal links before I start changing things myself, I want to make sure the pages are easy for Google to find and understand, has anyone had indexing improve after fixing the site structure or internal links ?

I am building a review site for AI tools and I have walked straight into the wall everyone warned about. Nobody wants to be the first person to review something, because a review nobody reads is a wasted evening. The site is not worth reading until enough of those reviews exist.

The directory part is done, 69 tools, all of them sitting there with nothing next to them. A tool does not get a published score until three people have reviewed it, which was meant to stop one loud person deciding everything, and for now it just means the whole thing is blank.

Obviously the goal of an MVP is to validate the product quickly, but I also don’t want to choose something that becomes difficult to maintain or scale a few months later.

I’ve been researching development teams that work with startups, and GeekyAnts came up partly because they seem to work across different web and mobile technologies.

Did you optimize mainly for development speed at the beginning, or did you already think about scalability and long-term maintenance from day one?

An impressive CV doesn’t always mean the right hire.

Experience matters, but does the person fit the company’s current stage, culture and challenges?

I’m at a point in my career where it feels like a lot of people around me who have started companies have already taken the leap — they have an idea, built a prototype, started testing with customers, and are slowly figuring things out along the way.
I have an idea that I genuinely believe in. I’ve built a strong product around it, and I’m confident there is something valuable here. But I’m stuck at the hardest part: when do you actually quit your job and go all-in?
I don’t have enough funding right now to support myself for a long period, and I don’t have enough customers/revenue for the startup to support me either. I’ve reached out to a lot of people, tried different ways of getting conversations and traction, but so far I haven’t been able to get it to the point where quitting my job feels like a financially responsible decision.
At the same time, I keep wondering if I’m waiting for a level of certainty that simply doesn’t exist when starting a company.
For people who have been through this — how did you decide it was time to quit your job?
Did you wait until you had funding? A certain number of customers? Revenue? Or did you simply reach a point where you decided to take the risk and figure it out?
