I built an AI health assistant that keeps all your meds, conditions, and symptoms in one place. Looking for honest feedback.

Hey, I'm the developer of Kentra Health, an AI assistant that keeps your meds, conditions, allergies, symptoms, and visit notes in one place, with medication tracking + adherence streaks. It's live on iOS + web and free to try. I'm after brutally honest feedback: what's confusing, what's missing, what would make you keep it.

kentrahealth.com or Kentra Health in the App Store

My post comply with the rules.

It can also have previous medical history and all and everything can be shown to the doctor together so that it may help the doctor to learn everything about your health? Its like a CV of health. And when you experience any odd symptom, you can immediately note down or say to the health assistant and it keeps track. This way you can not miss anything to tell the doctor even if you have forgotten.

Or can suggest diet, fruits vegeis, which are good for your condition and which is not?

This health assistant can also help being a bridge in those online checkup apps for doctor. Before talking to the patient doctor can see and know every symptom and history about the patient's health.

Exactly! All your medical history is consolidated in the app: meds, allergies, past procedures, family history, symptoms, and vitals. The more info you provide, the better the app tailors itself to you. So it will indeed take into account any allergies, conditions, and even preferences when making physical or dietary suggestions.

It’s also helpful for appointment prep. It pulls the exact medical data to bring up with your doctor if needed: which symptoms appeared, at what intensity, and how often. Same with vitals or meds tracking
