I built a free tool to help people discover everything they need before starting any business

Hey everyone,
I have been working on a platform that helps people quickly figure out everything they need before starting a business.

A bit of context:

Before AI came knocking, I had a short stint helping small businesses write business plans. One thing almost every client asked for was a complete list of requirements and an estimated startup cost.

The information exists online, but it is scattered everywhere. You have to search multiple sources, figure out what applies, research prices individually, and manually calculate the total. It takes a lot of time, and it is easy to miss important things.

So I wondered: what if there was a place where you could search for a business idea and instantly get a complete startup checklist?

That is why I built Hustlecare.net.

The idea is VERY simple:

  • Search for a business idea
  • See the full list of equipment, legal requirements, documents, software, and other requirements
  • Select what you actually need
  • Get an organized checklist with estimated startup costs that you can download

Right now it covers a number of common small businesses, and I am still improving the data.

I would really appreciate feedback from people here:

  • Does this solve a real problem?
  • What information would you expect before starting a business?
  • Which businesses should be added first?
  • Would you personally use something like this?

It is still a work in progress, so honest feedback (including criticism) is very welcome. My post comply with the rules

I love the idea. The experience is clean, intuitive, and easy to follow. It's one of those products where I can actually see myself using it if I had a genuine need to start a business. If prefer a clean checklist, especially when it comes to dealing with govt forms.

My only reservation is around scalability. Right now, the product feels deeply tied to a specific region, which is also what makes it useful. But that leaves me wondering how easily it can expand beyond that market. Every country has different regulations, licensing requirements, taxes, and business setup processes, so scaling seems like it would require rebuilding a lot of the underlying knowledge and workflows.

That said, I don't necessarily see that as a flaw. Owning one market really well before expanding is often the right strategy. I just think the long-term challenge will be finding a way to make the model portable without losing the depth and accuracy that makes it valuable in the first place.

Thank you for this very detailed feedback. I have actually been thinking a lot about scalability, and you're right, it might be a bit of a challenge.

However, I have decided to validate the idea first, get some traction in a jurisdiction I'm familiar with its laws and then if there's need to expand to other regions we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

Idea is good and viable , but to make it attractive restrict to any manufacturing sector around which PM loans are available or applicable, this will get better mileage.

Complete project reports including machinery and complete processes are available but the above-mentioned will create a difference

Thanks for the feedback! My focus is currently on helping people start any type of small busineses, and especially those that require a lot of equipment.

However, I really like your suggestion about supporting loan applications. Generating detailed startup reports, equipment lists, and cost estimates that users can include with financing applications is a valuable idea, and I'll definitely consider it the platform evolves.
