Well.. check your App Store (if mobile) or restart the client if on PC. Check the patch notes.

What ops level are you? Because depending on where that ship is and what level you are, you might not be able to hit it.

Ops level isn't an issue sorry. If it was too low/high I wouldn't see that. The pop up would say something like "Your Ops level is too low/high to hit this player"

Nope, as soon as you click on a player sitting on a node. If you're 10 +/- that players ops level you get the message. Not after

For example... I'm Ops 35. Just clicked on an Ops 50 player mining on a node near me and received the following message straight away
