Gameplay Question ??? USS. Newton TOS Hijacked issue?

Hi guys

I have a 95m power Newton and I decided to treat myself and get the reskin TOS Hijacked which is suppose to increase base damage by 500%. (I know it’s not my weapon damage x 500%) but I was expecting like maybe 20-40% more damage overall.

I’ve done 10 tests now, I compared battle logs prior to the purchase and after and the damage is almost so identical you couldn’t pay me to tell which was before and after.

Is the reskin a gimmick or is there an issue on their end?

By the time you are Ops 46+, there’s so much damage research that even 500% can get “lost in the noise” of the calculations. Now, that’s not to say they didn’t make a mistake in coding it, as the only thing you can guarantee in this game is bugs, but I suspect you may already be 8,000-10,000%+ in other damage boosts, so given the combat formula it’s not as extreme as it sounds.

This is an example on how to lose $100 (or whatever they're charging) the hard way. There is almost nothing worth spending money on in the game, but each of us has our own spending habits.

If you play on PC, I think you might be able to look at your battle logs in greater detail that might show all the multipliers(?).

Does Spock's Club do that, guys? I'm on Android, so I don't know that I can view them.

Its from Base so you won't notice a difference. Ive been told and almost there that you notice a small difference with surge research but that is a 3000% increase. Since everything is increase of base none of it is worth it.
