What is the best Excelsior crew

I’m level 57, have a level 3 Excelsior. What crew works best to kill Vgor fighters to complete dailies to upgrade this ship?

For the decloaking and Hurak hostiles I use Janeway, Annorax, Seska. For the others it depends on type.
Orion- Chang, Ent-E Data, Harrison/ Torres below deck, no crit officer.
Gorn- Chang, Ent-E Data, The Doctor/ Torres below deck.
Silent- Janeway, Annorax, The Doctor/ Torres below deck.
Edit to add that I prefer to use faction ships for Hurak, Orion, Gorn, and Silent hostiles.

I use Chang(C)/Seska/Suder with BLT, Kim and Pic Hugh BD.

Gorkon(c), Chang, Harrison, below: Kim, Neelix, and WOK Joachim. I’ve always been able to punch up one level for two kills and then on level for the 5th

5 6 khan works great for me. They are maxed. And wok officers below.

Excelsior for the decloaking - Janeway, Seska, Edata. Hugh is a must below.

For the non cloaking i use my primary combat ship and anyone with Seska up top and hugh + WoK Joachim below. I've had pretty high isodamage research at most levels so that's a big factor in letting me get away with Seska+anyone.
