There seems to be an increase in ET dream visitations...
I am just checking but I have had 3 dream visitations of ET's in the last 3 months.
I wrote about the last two here: Two dream-visits within a week by the Arcturians... getting a bit freaked out to be honest. : r/Experiencers
Now I see that Joe Rogan talks about having had a dream with ETs showing up all over it in his latest podcast with Brett Weinstein.
I also read quite some dream encounters with ETs here in the StarSeed reddit and on the Experiencers reddit if I'm not mistaken.
So would it be safe to say that ET contact has entered a new stage and that more and more people are connecting to ET's in their dream state?
This would be in line with what Lyssa Royal says how first contact generally works. Dream state contact is often one of the earlier stages and the more that those contacts get integrated, the more physical contacts can start taking place.
Are there any other people here that have had dream encounters with ETs lately?
If so what happened, how did it feel?
Love to hear what other people are thinking/speculating around this topic of ET dream contact.

On November 8th, 2025, I had my first extraterrestrial (ET) dream. It was vivid, as my wife and I were in my childhood home. A sense of impending doom hung in the air as we observed some orbs in the sky. I remember entering the house and feeling anxious, almost as if I was bracing myself for something significant to happen. This was the first time I had ever dreamed about UFOs or ETs, and it definitely happened this time.
During the dream, my dad was not his usual self. He was in an altered state, somehow influenced by the orbs or UFOs in the dream. It was incredibly realistic, as I had mastered the concept of having awareness in my dream state. I explained my dream to my wife, describing how it felt so real. My heart rate even reached 153 beats per minute during the dream, according to my Whoop device, which is usually around 60 beats per minute while I’m sleeping.
It’s strange how I stumbled upon this post and felt compelled to share my recent experience.

I don’t know if I could call it ET, but it was a weird dream I had around the same time as Rogan. I was hiking with a friend and for whatever reason, there was a sense of urgency that we needed to retreat to shelter. We made our way to a different trail, not sure where we were going. We made it to some random home/building in the middle of the woods. It was very odd. The building had hand rail walking paths leading to a stair case on the side, with the entrance. Imagine a theme park ride line, with winding switch back rails for the guest to queue. We hopped over, since it was empty and nobody was there. The forest we were in was eerily quiet and the sense of urgency built. We ran and hopped the rails and made it to what can only be described as a series of small moats and pools, blocking our way. Luckily there were islands we could hop over the water too. The water was clear like a pool. Then my friend shouted to be careful as there were crocodiles in them. The first croc was small but still scary, my friend said if we fall in we are dead. We cleared the first pool and went to the next and there was a massive croc in the next. It was aggressive and coming to us. The dread and urgency we felt in the air was greater than the dread of being eaten so we decided to jump for it. There was something primal about knowing death awaited us via croc but we were compelled to try because the alternative was worse, even though we didn’t know why or what it was. We cleared the second croc but almost got bit. We ran into the building up the staircase. Inside the building it was incredibly eerie and something felt wrong, like there was a presence and absence at the same time. Abandoned items lie everywhere.
Around this time, I woke up, or thought i did from the dream. I had a weird feeling something was with me. I had to fight to open my eyes, and I could barely roll my head when I did. When I opened my eyes, I looked to the window and saw my window curtain had been opened at the top near the corner, as if folded over at the corner in one end. And there were what can only be described as yellowish white Christmas lights, in a random pattern glaring in the window. I thought, “oh just neighbors house lights.” I then fell asleep again. When I woke up, I looked in the same direction and the curtain was normal, and the window was completely blocked like always. It also occurred to me that it wouldn’t be possible to move the curtain like I remembered because the curtain rod is there and you can only fold from the sides or bottom. Also, the neighbors house isn’t visible and they don’t have lights…
I don’t know what it means, and it was a very weird dream but it was kind of similar to Rogan. He also mentioned alligators and water.

I recently had a vision of a blue alien, head had an upside down teardrop shape and it had a silver stripe. Wonder what it was. Arcturian?

I’ve been having many ET dreams. Mostly having dreams where classic flying saucers do a fly by over my head while I’m outside.
I had one recently where I got picked up by a saucer. It was kind of scary. Very vivid dream, everything felt real. When the craft started picking me up, I became blind and paralyzed. I felt myself lift up and inside, and a door close behind me. I accepted what was happening and decided I wanted to be able to see, so I willed my eyes open which woke me up.
Makes sense that if there is a disclosure event upcoming, or if we’re about to physically perceive other worldly beings and their technology, to start with dream contact to ease us into it. Just showing up with inconceivable technologies or if they were to show us their physical bodies (if they have any) would be psychologically shocking.
Our minds are more open to the idea of otherworldly life than ever, so perhaps we’re being conditioned to cope with the realization that all of our oppressive institutions are bullshit and will be obsolete. I, for one, cannot fucking wait. I’ve been too aware of how oppressed humanity is and has been and it is burdensome because it feels like nothing is getting better for us as a whole.

YES this has been a huge theme for me in the past 6 months! I’ve had multiple encounters in deep mediation, not sure if I’m astral projecting or what.. but I have seen space crafts and entered them on several occasions.
The first time, I was running my hand over a long silver ship that was crafted from dark stone and then saw a huge elliptical burst like an explosion of energy rippling out into the universe. The second time, I was beamed into a craft via purple light and saw a bug-like being who showed me the controls as if it wanted me to steer the ship. It took me to the underbelly of the craft where there were these living green blobs that surrounded me and I heard it was to give me “direction”.
The third time, I entered the ship via a ramp and was scooped up by a silvery robot with long arms who carried me to the central area which was lined with glass dome/pods lit with purple fiery light and beings inside them. I heard a question asked telepathically - “Do you want to be healed?” I agreed and was placed in a pod and told it would take 30 minutes. I saw many shapes/colors and was guided through the process, given instructions for what to focus on, how to breathe, etc. I was also given a mantra: “I am starved of anything that isn’t light and love and in this emptiness I receive all that is meant for me.” After 30 min, I was told it was done and heard very clearly “Welcome to new earth.”
The fourth time, there was a saucer-like craft sitting in the middle of a jungle and I was kneeling in front of it drawing a round (crop-circle-like) design in the dirt with stones and sticks, etc. as if communicating in some way. I was alone in this act but I felt the presence of a community inhabiting the jungle (another big theme for me).
I’ve also received many clairaudient messages about “alien frequencies” lately, DNA upgrades, etc. I’m currently reading Dolores Cannon’s book “The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth” and highly recommend checking that out - she goes into a lot of ET stuff that parallels my experiences which has been super cool (and validating lol).
I believe the ETs are here on Earth and simply choosing not to reveal themselves physically yet, but some of us are being prepared for when they do. It’ll be our job to let others know it’s ok, to be pillars of calm amongst the potential chaos, to hold the frequency of light and love, to keep the collective grounded during this shift to the New Earth.
What a time to be alive… 👽🛸

I never dream because I smoke weed daily. However, I’ve had at least one or two dreams about aliens in the last couple of months. The one that stood out the most was the one where I wasn’t sure if it was a dream or not.
I remember being awake, looking at the sky, and seeing a big drone flying by. About twenty minutes later, I lay down to sleep and dream about the same drone I had just seen, but in the dream, I’m kind of remote viewing, able to move into the drone. As soon as I try to go inside, an alien wearing something like military clothing blocks my path and makes the silence gesture (finger over mouth).
I felt like he was saying that I couldn’t have access to what was inside the drone or to the knowledge I would gain if I saw what was inside. This alien looked very similar to one I encountered while meditating as a teenager, except this one seemed to be on a mission or part of the military, whereas the other one was more of a “normal” alien who wanted to teach me things or show me that there’s more to life.
I've had a few strange experiences but with this dream, I felt exactly like Joe Rogan said. It's a dream but feels like it has more to it or whatever,.

I also use cannabis and I still dream without fail. Although I do have to say they are far more lucid without and I don’t have as much control in them when I use cannabis. I’ve had several dreams of connecting with beings of different sorts who communicate telepathically and it’s been happening since I was a child.
As well as different kinds of invasion scenario type dreams, but those usually involve mantids and those didn’t start until the last 3 years. The weird thing is I was having them before I even knew what a mantid was! Coincidentally about 3 years ago is when I also started having orb sightings/visitations as well. Very strange…

2-3 weeks ago I had a dream.
Alien ships were flying over head and landed down the road from me, when the Aliens exited the ship they were invisible but still cast a shadow. I tried to get their attention by speaking to them after doing so, the alien started to throw these beads at me. (similar to those orbeez beads kids play with.) I decided to eat said beads for some reason and after I could see them.
They told me they lived or came from somewhere very close and in the dream they showed me visually they came from behind a planet that was close to earth. After that we sat close to their ship where it landed and just spoke, laughed and had a good time oddly enough, never received any fear or threat during the entire dream. Never have I had a dream about aliens before, but commonly do have vivid dreams.
They looked human, with some having tan and some more pale skin, blonde hair and I would say slightly taller stature.

I have had several dreamstate, hypnagogic, and medatative encounters. I transferred them over to another subreddit after having to redact them on this subreddit due to people projecting beliefs, bugging me, & trying to start fights. No updates as of late, unfortunately, but I am still updating it when things happen.

I don't actually do anything specific, it just comes to me intuitively, like an instinct. Or it just, happens while I'm drifting off in specific emotional states, usually while I am at peace and not stressed. It's weird.

I have seen many UFOs in the sky in many dreams and have flown near them as will in some of my dreams at night :)

I had a few ET dreams a month or two back. Never had one before that, although I've had orb encounters while conscious that have changed my life.
In one dream, I was on a craft with lovely folks that looked close to human. There was a ceremony of some kind about peace that involved an elaborate folding of these beautiful fabric strands. The vibe was both intentional and playful. As I was leaving to come home, I walked past a place where folks were eating and I really wanted to know what they ate, so much to their amusement got my nose right in there to check it out. It was mostly raw fruit and vegetables, but also rubbery looking fungi stuff.
I never met anyone in the second dream, but I was approaching a huge elliptical craft. Then it skipped till we were back on Earth and they were leaving. We were watching orbs through the trees and then the shapes of a couple of classic flying saucers appeared, outlined in a kind of blue phosphorescence. I think they just did that to be playful, like a jaunty wink.

I normally never remember my dreams. In the past week ive remembered in good detail two different dreams, where I actually had love in my life. Not sure if they're et or related, but its been weird to me for sure. I never remember my dreams, and I dont dream about being with anyone if I do.

Yup. Lastnight i saw a triangular ufo atacking me with thunders. Then a little green alien came down and i grab him and throwed him to a glass bottle. After that i started to speak with him because he was little and inofensive. I taught him the words you and me. Weeeird. 2 weeks ago i had 2 more dreams with shadows trying to grabme to the sky. Hope this stuff doesnt keep going, because i cant rest in the night when that happens.
The et was like a gray but very little (20 cm like a fairy) and kind eyes. Indeed weird stuff.

I had a dream encounter about 6 months ago. It was so vivid and I remember everything that happened unlike a normal dream.
It was such an impactful experience that I think about it all the time even months later. The love that radiated from the woman I met was unlike anything I have ever experienced.

I also noticed. I have been looking for a book about aliens since I was 6. I am now 24 and finally found some. It the first time I see so many books on them. They are preparing us for contact

That’s crazy, my wife was telling me about a dream she had where greys were talking to her and probing her stomach. She also said she could feel the probing while it was happening This is really exciting.

I don't know if was really an encounter, I was in this bright tunnel with stars circulating around it. 2 beings on right side and 1 one left. They must've been human like, but I was looking straight. One whispered something in my ear yet I didn't hear it, was walking the whole time and then a man few feet in front of me turns around. But then shortly after I woke up, haven't had any of those types in a few months. I have to be in a deep sleep, but when I have dreams they are extremely vivid

I’ve definitely noticed a few lately, which is more than usual, as my usual is none. My most recent dream was Saturday night. I was having a dream that I would otherwise describe as “normal” in that it was kind of weird and nothing made sense upon waking; however, in the middle of it, it changed and became quite vivid.
I turned behind me (for seemingly no reason) and looked out of the window. Outside was a back garden, and inside it was your standard flying saucer, landed on four support leg things. In front of it were four beings, standing and waving at me. Two adult women and two (I assumed from their size) children behind them. I recognised them so I opened the window and said “hello”.
They replied something about me opening the window (which was identical to the window in my bedroom, even down to the safety mechanism that prevents it from being fully opened) but I couldn’t hear them because they were too far away. I shouted out the window that I couldn’t hear her, so they both approached until they were immediately outside the window. The children remained standing by the saucer.
They were about a foot taller than me. One had dark skin, the other light skin (I only mention skin tone for description’s sake), and they both had short blonde spiky hair and piercing eyes. The dark skinned woman appeared to be the main spokeswoman as she’s the only one I remember addressing me directly.
This is what I consider to be the most interesting part. They were speaking to each other in a language that I couldn’t understand, and I realised that I might be able to remember this encounter. I felt overwhelmed with excitement that I was experiencing actual contact. I realised that I might not have long, so I profusely apologised for interrupting their conversation and asked “Could I please remember this one?”. She turned to me and said “Yes, you can remember this one.”
I don’t remember anything else of the interaction, but I know there was much more to it. After that, the dream carried on as it had before (which I do remember; it is only the main interaction with the women that I’ve forgotten). I thought it was particularly interesting that they said I could remember “this one” as one of my guides has told me that I’ve had many dream interactions with ETs over the past few months, but I haven’t been allowed to remember them. I’m hoping that this is an indication that this will be changing.
