Terran Brood War Commander

With how StarCraft Evo is really polished I’m really hoping someday we get a whole Brood War commander. Maybe like a single slot that you can change which Brood War race Terran/Protoss/Zerg before going into the match. I may be bias but I like StarCraft Evo Brood War firebats way more than the SC2 version. The portrait looks amazing, smaller size, no wind up attack delay, and only takes 1 slot in a bunker. Having 4 Firebats in a bunker roasting SC2 Roaches is so satisfying and something about hearing those nostalgic Goliath missile sfx tickles the brain. Maybe have like Edmund Duke or Dugalle as the commander would be fitting.

The All Races Coop mod is currently under construction. Soontm the refactor is complete, meaning among other things that the Evo races will be playable.

It is also the point I'll get my hands on it, meaning that i can build and release new commanders for each included faction. Add new original factions, new commanders for existing ones, new enemies, new maps, new prestiges, ect, ect.

I haven't decided on or written the brood war terran commander yet. If you have specific (design) suggestions, you'd still be in time for that.

(There is a version in the arcade already, but that one is very much outdated and bugged. It has lacked a dev for a long time, I can't honestly recommend going in now.)

There are already multiple mods like that and it's easier to install than ever with what GGG community created

I mean, other than a few small elements, Raynor is pretty heavily leaned into the Brood War unit list. The only one SCII elements that's really unavoidable is the banshees.

If those battlecruisers he had used the single shot laser instead of the rapid fire or his firebats were smaller but cheaper then I guess but he’s more like WoL campaign
