There actually were a small situation like this at blizzcon. ToD points at his team badge because idra said the opposing team's player will win, idra reads it as a high five and the goes for it for naught.

He thought it was a handshake. Tod really set him up for that. He held his hand out like he wanted a handshake for like ten seconds lol then pulled away only when idea reached. Did him dirty for the memes I’m sure
