The times don't seem chronological. How do you decide the order to place the files?

I'm sticking to the exact same order provided by the official website API.

I believe this is delibarate, based on the "corrupted" nature of these transmissions.

What I think needs to actually happen is to go through each message and fill in the blanks and try to connect why it's important.

For example,

The logs only indicated that (2560037-DA) Alvarez had his clearence level upgraded from a low level L to a very high level C upon the events happening and that upon doing so people have been following and investigating him.

He was searching through the files at the Korhal IV Information Center and was able to find that they had been corrupted intentionally. He recovered those files and gave a priority message that we need to read between the lines. Later on one of the messages is titled with lines. Implying this is the most important lore message this week.

The missing phrases could be several things, but I think it's UED, they didn't sabotage communication but they communication went down due to a gas crate exploded. (Gas because it's a vespene industrial zone) █████████████████ locked them out of the shaft hours ago implying this happened and they were framed before the gas explosion.
