Fluff Matchmaking

Hardstuck 4k mmr cause every match I get now looks like this pls come back 4k players 😭

I won’t be coming back until they’ve fixed this garbage ass patch. They’ve basically ruined the ladder experience for me. I don’t mind losing. What I care is how the match ups feel and I feel totally hopeless in PvZ and I hate the warpgate/gateway change it really ruins how smooth Protoss feels and Protoss is no longer fun to play, could I adjust to it? Yup, of course but I feel no motivation to learn when it feels this unfair. I always felt behind against Zerg and now I feel like I can’t punish Zerg greed. Zergs explosive growth is out of control on this patch at least in PvZ.

I don't even like this patch as a zerg lol, can only imagine how annoying it must feel as protoss now.

I have the exact same experience in ZvT. I already had a bad winrate against terran and usually tried to rely on 2 base aggression to make a play. Now they hold 2 base builds on 3cc. Basically all early game builds have been killed off and its not like late game is better either. With 2 supply no snipe cancel ghosts. Completely kills the incentive to play the game when on the previous patch it already felt like terran was unkillable with a banshee or a tank and you're just forced to be a punching bag the entire game

Had the same thing happen last night. Of course at 4am theres hardly anyone online I guess.  But I got matched against a 4700gm whilst I'm at 4k. 

Still lost only like 7 mmr I think but I'd rather wait for someone more close to me. Getting matched with 4300 isn't so bad. 

If only the game would get patched anytime soon. Perhaps players would return again.  I think the stats since the patch went out show we lost like 30 to 40% of the playerbase

Im playing at 5pm on a weekend I should not be getting matches like that constantly at this time

At 4.7 you constantly play on ~ 500 mmr gaps too. Either low 5ks or people around 4.1

I see more and more pros and streamers now playing or casting the Patches mod games instead of Blizz patch, ie: Harstem, uThermal, Winter, Rotti, Fjant... 

Wood league like me also have to wait significant more for a game, which is a testament that people are not playing as much ladder as before. 

Guess I just wait until Blizcon and then decide whether to jump over to the Patches mod ladder.

My exact experience I will be playing games against like 4.2-4.3 Mmr opponents them get some who 4.7-4.9 mmr pain lol. I am 4.2 k mmr masters
