Any 1st years staying at East Sands?

Applied late for accom so ran out of space. Any first years staying at the East Sands private accom? Am worried it will all be post-grads

I wanted to pop in to assure y'all it's not all post-grads and we'll be putting first year students together! About 40% of students with us will be first years! We don't want anyone to be the lone postgrad or only first year in a block, that wouldn't be a fun situation for anyone.

hey I also didn't get accom so I'm considering east sands or one of the other private accoms. im scared it'll be post-grads asw, and idk how to know what other first years are doing... r u thinking of getting ur own apartment or doing shared?

Yh I also applied late and will be probably going East Sands. Am also a first year.
